Council has recently undertaken engagement and consultation with the Community to review its Horsham 2041 Community Vision and develop a Council Plan 2025-29. Over 400 people participated in this process.
The Community Vision captures our shared hopes and aspirations for the future and continues to inform other key Council documents.
The Council Plan 2025-29 includes the strategic themes of the Council over the next four years, key commitments and measures against these themes, and major initiatives to be delivered during the term of the Plan.
These two documents, provide direction for the 10-year Asset Plan and future capital works programs.
This Asset Plan outlines Council’s broad approach to investment in asset renewal, and strategies to improve the effectiveness of this investment, along with developing an overall understanding of the level of investment required to ensure ongoing provision of asset-related services to the community.
Council is now seeking feedback from the community on the Asset Plan.
