Survey

This document seeks to provide information to the community around the capital works priorities of Council over the coming 4 years. 

The work is a culmination of collating information provided from: 

• Community Vision 2041 
• Council Plan 2025-2029 
• HRCC Asset Plan 2025-2035
• HRCC Financial Plan 2025-2035, and 
• Other Council adopted plans and strategies.

This is the first time Council has chosen to seek feedback on capital works priorities prior to the formal adoption of the annual Budget.  

The purpose is to sense check that when the Budget is adopted, it generally reflects the above documents that have undergone extensive consultation as well as demonstrating financial capacity to fund the program.
