This form is to be used to submit a formal submission to Amendment C85hors (Heritage Amendment) to the Horsham Planning Scheme. Your submission will be reviewed by Council’s planning officers. You may be contacted in the near future to discuss the matter you have raised in your submission. If the matter you have raised is unable to be resolved your submission will be referred to an independent planning panel (as required by the Planning and Environment Act 1987).
Submissions must contain your name, postal address, phone number and email address, so we can inform you of each stage of the amendment process. All submissions will be made public during the amendment process, but personal information will be redacted. Should Council refer submissions to an independent planning panel, we will provide your contact information to Planning Panels Victoria, so they can directly contact you about any planning panel hearing matters.
